Website Design
Build your website – whether one, three, or as many pages as you want. Usually we start with a Home page, About Me/Us, and Contact Me/Us. Then you can add a Services page, or a Gallery page, or blog pages.
Your website will:
- Be dynamic and unique to your vision and needs
- Be professionally designed
- Be mobile responsive
- Usually be completed within a week (depending on the number of pages and their complexity)
- Include contact forms, audio/video, scheduling plugins, as needed
- Include image optimization and compression
- Include social media links
- Include basic SEO (search engine optimization)
eCommerce Website
If you want an eCommerce website to sell products and/or services, WordPress combined with the WooCommerce plugin is the way to go.
You website will:
- Include everything under Website Design
- Have products and/or services for sale
- Include all product/service information
- Include shipping fees and taxes (as applicable)
- Include checkout pages
- Include payment gateways (various ways to take payments), such as Paypal and Stripe
- Usually be completed in 2 weeks (depending on the number of products and the complexity of the online store)
Maintaining your Website
Once your website is up and running, weekly/monthly maintenance is needed for updating the theme and plugins, security, and backups.
The Website Maintenance Plan includes:
- On-call support for problems
- Weekly or monthly updating and preventative maintenance
- Simple changes, such as editing content, or adding a blog post or store item
- Security monitoring

Detailed Proposal or Quote
Once we discuss what your website needs are, I draw up a proposal for your website project tailored to your vision and business goals.
Client Approval
Here I show you ideas that I have for layout, colors, content, etc. Then we agree upon the actual work, timeline, and cost of your project.
Client Deposit
Once you are ready for the project to commence, you make a 50% payment. If the project is greater than $1000, this will be a payment 30%, with another 30% due midway and the final 30% due at the end of the project.
Website Design and Build
This is the meat of the work where I actually build the website (in WordPress, Wix, or Weebly) adding your content (written, photos, audio, video, etc.) and formatting the layout to your specifications. This includes 3 revisions.
Final Payment
Once I have your final approval and the website is ready to be published, you make your final payment. Then I release the website to you.
After Project Support
A website needs to be maintained after completion to ensure security, to update theme/plugins/Wordpress, and make future revisions. I can teach you how to do that, or do it for you with my monthly Maintenance plan.
